Yes, the state of California requires a 8.75% sales tax on all non-entertainment service related purchases. We also charge a 10% Set-up Fee on all large decorative purchases. Some venues require separate location or setup fees. Contact your specific event location for details. Delivery charges may also be added depending on the event location.
Yes. Creative Twists requires a 50% non-refundable booking deposit to reserve your event date and time. All Twist-2-Go orders are pre-made, so they would need to be paid for in full at least 48 hours before the delivery due date.

Creative Twist pricing is based on indoor event bookings only. An indoor, climate-controlled location is necessary for all on-site entertainment bookings. If this is not available, you are more than welcome to choose from our Twist-2-Go options so that you can still have the fun of twisted balloon art at your event.
If our pre-made delivery packages do not suit your needs, please contact us directly regarding possible arrangements for outdoor performances. An additional charge may be added depending on the venue and type of booking. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request.

Outside of the Antelope Valley, yes, there may be a minimal travel charge added to your Party Package depending on the type of reservation and the location of the event. For Twist-2-Go orders, some additional delivery fees may be added also depending on the type of order and delivery location. We are happy to discuss this with you, so please, feel free to call us anytime regarding your event or order details!
Yes, for the Basic Flat Rate Package, we do require a 10 sculpture minimum booking per local reservation. For locations outside of Palmdale or Lancaster, the minimum requirement is 20 sculptures for any Basic Flat Rate Package or 1-1/2 hours for any Basic Hourly Package booked per event.

Traditional balloon twisters who inflate balloons with their mouths are exposing you to their germs. We do not put balloons in our mouths. We model to everyone not to do the same by having each of our Balloon Artists bring at least two pumps to every event.
No. We understand that there are many times when children are afraid of clowns, so instead, our artists come well manicured and dressed in friendly, yet clean and professional attire.
Our Creative Twist Balloon Artists will arrive to your event with a colorful “Balloon Board” for display, a large number counter and numbered stickers. The numbered stickers will be passed out to your guest and the manual counter will be used for tracking purposes.
The Balloon Board will serve as an easy “point-2-pick” menu for your guests to choose from. This is to ensure that no one is disappointed by requests that can’t be filled.
After your guests get their numbered sticker, they don’t have to wait in line for their turn. Instead, they will be able to clearly know when they are next from our manual number counter which will be updated regularly. This allows your guests to continue to enjoy the other event activities. Of course, if they want to watch while others are having their awesome sculptures twisted, they are more than welcome to do so.
